Project Results:

The project allowed 650 dunums to shift from traditional irrigation to modern irrigation. it also led to the reclamation of additional 250 dunums that have not been cultivated before the project.
It improved conveyance system efficiency and reduced losses.
It assisted farmers to shift from low cash crops to more high value cash crops.
The project created a positive social change in the communities life.
95% of the farmers started to use modern irrigation technique .
91% of farmers were not able to cultivate their land due to the lake of water. this was solved after the project .
Water loss percentage has been reduced from 100% between the beginning and end of canals into nearly 9% on average
